About the management of user personal data processed in connection with the use of Google Ads Lead
forms ("Lead Form").
European Parliament and Council (EU) Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of
natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free flow of such data, as
well as the repeal of Regulation 95/46/EC (hereinafter: In accordance with Article 13 of the
"Regulation"), we inform you that during the operation of the Lead Form, the personal data provided
by the users ("Users" or "Data Subjects") are handled as follows.
(1) Data of the manager of the user's personal data provided by filling out the Lead Form
(hereinafter: "Data Manager").

(2) Personal data handled during the operation of the Lead Form - description of data handling
cases.
The Lead Form is a tool developed by Google that helps generate leads in the context of a Google Ads
campaign conducted by the advertiser (in this case, the Data Controller). Users can send their data
directly by filling out the downloadable form (lead) in the advertisement, facilitating direct
contact with the advertiser. That is, Users can interact with the ad containing the lead form when
viewing the given Google interface (for example, YouTube). When the user opens the lead form, they
can choose to provide their contact details (such as email address, phone number and other details)

When filling out the Lead Form, different data can be entered for each campaign, typically personal
contact data: (i) email address, (ii) phone number, etc. ("Personal Data")
(3) Legal basis and purpose of Data Management
The legal basis for Data Management is the voluntary, informed consent of the Users. The purpose of
Data Management is to enable the Data Controller to directly contact the User providing Personal
Data by filling out the Lead Form to sell the product or service displayed in the Google Ads
advertisement, in order to further explain the characteristics of the given product or service.
(4) Duration of Data Management
The Data Controller manages the Personal Data until the consent is withdrawn.
(5) Data processing and data transmission
The Data Controller is responsible for the display (campaign) of Google Ads advertisements,
including the Lead Form, by NEW LAND MEDIA Reklám, Szolgáltató és Kereskedelmi Kft. (Headquarters:
1025 Budapest, Felső Zöldmáli út 72., court managing the company register: Company Registry of the
Capital Court, Company Registry Number : Cg. 01-09-176515, Tax ID: 24670827-2-44) uses the services
of an advertising service provider as a data processor ("Data Processor"). The Data Processor (i)
publishes advertisements that include the Lead Form, (ii) cooperates on behalf of the Data
Controller in the collection and transmission of the Personal Data provided by filling out the Lead
Forms to the Data Controller.
(6) Information on the rights of data subjects related to data management:
Each User, as the owner of personal data managed by the Data Controller, may request from the Data
Controller access to the User's personal data, request a copy of their data managed by the Data
Controller, request their correction, - in the cases specified in Article 17 of the Regulation and
with exceptions - request the deletion of the data or restriction of processing and can object to
the processing of personal data. If the legal basis for the processing of the User's personal data
is voluntary consent, the User has the right to withdraw the consent at any time. The right to
withdraw consent does not affect the legality of data processing carried out on the basis of consent
prior to the withdrawal.
